bouncy bouncy.

pretty impressive though.

Regardless, I don't understand why football programs every use bench as a mark of strength. Every great coach knows the full clean and front squat are the two best determining factors for athletisism.

It is impressive, I don't like the ass off the bench thing, but I don't see how bouncing could help someone's bench, to me it just looks like he's going as fast as possible and touching his chest so that's why it 'bounces'.

Damn, if clean and front squat are the best ways to determine athletisism, I am useless!
