Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 183 | Why do 14-16 year olds always ask these questions? I know that you know it's a good bench, how many other kids your age are you stronger than at your school? a lot I bet. Both your maxes are plates with 2 1/2s, man I wouldn't put the 2 1/2, I'd go 315 and 225 ftw!
