Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Best two: Chest and Back Worst two: Abs and Calves... actually the Abs themselves are good, it's that damn last bit of fat on my lower abs that drives me insane...less than 1/4 inch thick, but just enough to keep that lower section from looking good... I swear, my big toes are striated before that last bit of fat comes off my lower abs. Damn frustrating!!!! But it does eventually come off. - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Best- Forearms- Bigger than upper arm=Popeye Tri's- Requires little to no attention for results chest. - Entire chest develops well with little attention. Worst Bi's- Long and wide but very dissapointing when Flexed Does not peack or contract much at all :wtf: Shoulders- Takes forever to see gains in size. Strength goes up but size doesn't always follow.
