Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | OK..... just check out the pic. These were not there before I started my back workout. I took off my shirt afterwards and BAM. We have 2 choices. 1) Stretch marks that appeared over the course of my workout. 2) I used a 'squat machine' (image link: http://imrs.uark.edu/media/Squat.jpg ) to do gripless shrugs tonight. First time doing them, I did a couple sets in the 10-12 rep range to try them out. Maybe I scratched them up doing these? The pads felt uncomfortable on my traps. I really doubt it's option #2, so I guess what I'm asking is do stretch marks appear over the course of an hour during a workout? The marks are practically identical. ![]() |

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | I used a calf raise similar to the squat machine you showed. It would **** up my traps like that. I figure that is the problem.
