Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I've been going back and forth but you cannot compare to bodybuilding.com. There is so much friggin info over there it is ridicoulus. I've never made a single post over there but always search and research everything overthere. You have to go around the negativew flames every once in a while but still it's a great site also !
