It is one of the best side triceps I have ever seen from someone in that sorta of weight class, then I saw it was a girl. Which I have the upmost respect for when it comes to bodybuilding. She is freaking ripped!

Elena looks huge and ripped. No doubt.

The only problem is, I'm not sure they are going to reward that type of physique for the women at the USA's, if you use the Jr. Nationals as an indicator of the new judging standards for the women.

It will be interesting to say the least. I think there are going to be some upsets with the women due to the new judging criteria.

I honestly don't keep up with it too much, but I do like to look at precontest pics of everyone from amateurs to pros and everything in between, I ran across this picture on muscle mayhem and her triceps and hamstrings just embarrassed me. So I had to post it.

I agree Trick. She looks impressive.
If she was a guy, and came in in that condition, she would kick ass for sure.

It's going to be really interesting for the women this year though.

As EME stated it should be quite different.

IMO it is more of the route they should take for men as well. Abusing drugs to the point where your gut bulges only works because they still win. The sports need to moderate themselves and that goes for all of them.

I'm actually surprised to see Elena looking that big, because she really isn't one of the biggest, as far as amateur female bodybuilders go.

Actually, I think her smaller look would actually do better with the new judging standards.

Although, I have to admit that a picture in those lighting conditions can make her look even bigger than she actually is.

If she comes in to the USA's as big as she appears in the pic that Trick posted, I think her scoring will actually suffer.
