Why am I bigger than people of similiar height & weight?

It's strange.

I got into a weight conversation with a guy at work. (There was free cake, so you know that sent me off on a tangent of preaching healthy eating habits, haha). Anyway, we are both 6' and I am only 3lbs heavier than him. Yet I am MUCH more muscular and MUCH "bigger".

Why is this? Do his bones weigh more?? Are my muscles "fluffy" ?? lol

Most likely bone density and the size of your frame. That can make a huge difference in weight.

Lean Body Mass = LBM

...you know the amount of your body that is not fat.
