| IronMass Donator | I started CKD this week, and because of some meetings I wasn't able to go to the gym yesterday, and today doesn't look too hot either, and I feel like crap! Anybody else feel like a lazy bum when you don't go to the gym at least once a day? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Nope... ... besydes there's alwayz pushups.. Which remynds me.. I used to work at nyght... Well, we'd get in trouble for sleeping.. (stupid cameras) .. so instead of sleeping.. the guys and I would have pushup contests... Well, I get called into the office on dayshift and the Head Man In Charge has got footage of ME doing pushups on the tv screen... He's lyke - "What do you thynk u're doing?" Me - "Uhm.. looks lyke pushups." Him - "And why are you doing pushups?" Me - "Cause everyone else took all the good sleeping spots." Sigh.. I stayed in trouble on that job... Anywayz.. life happens... just enjoy ya rest day & hit the weights hard as soon as the opportunity presents itself.. Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I force myself to stay out of the gym during my mass building period. Actually, the days off are a nice change from 6-7 days per week when preparing for a show. Last year, I only trained 3 days per week during my mass building phase. This year, I'm going 4 days, but that's only because I'm doing legs twice per week. If you are trying to grow, always remember your off days are just as important as your training days. ( and that means no cardio on those off days either... OFF Means OFF! ) ![]() - EME

| IronMass Donator | well I'm definitely not trying to put on any more mass right now, and I only go to the gym 5 days a week (granted it's twice a day on most days to do cardio in the mornings when I get off work). I guess tomorrow I'll combine some of the exercises I missed during the week, and adjust my schedule for next week to put ther right body parts with the right days. |
