Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | mom dukes tells me if I'm getting too fat, otherwise my only support mechanism is the people on ironmass and **********.com I might get a random comment about my size once in a while, but that's it. This *is* my support network. I don't think there's anything wrong with it though. The cheerleading squad I'm on is the 'anti bodybuilding' support. They complain my muscles are too big and get in the way ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | I'd pretty much have to say the people here on IronMass. No one else in my day to day life really cares about BB or understands it at all. In fact most think half the stuff I do is crazy and dangerous. I don't mind though I enjoy drawing on my own will to get through. ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I am really lucky to have a GREAT support system around me. Kendra and my Mom are tied as my biggest supporters. Both of them are behind me in everything I do in my life, bodybuilding or otherwise. Both of them are there for me and will do anything for me. I would never be where I am today without them. My dad always supported me as well, but he passed away several years ago. I know he is looking down and watching over me from above though. ![]() I have a great network of friends who are behind me 100%. Guys and girls who help keep me going during training, and cheer me on through all the events of life, including all of you here at IronMass of course! The people at work are great too. Some of them know more about my bodybuilding life than others, but the ones who know all about it, all want to know how Kendra and I are doing, what we have coming up, etc. They always get really interested when I start losing weight for a show, and when they see me drinking 3 protein drinks per day at work. ![]() In our bodybuilding life, the corporate sponsors that we have, have all been wonderful. They take care of us and allow us to do what we love, and really ask for very little in return. We have been lucky to hook up with great people in this industry and we always try to give as much back to them as we can. I think you get out of life, and friendships, and your relationships with the people around you, what you put into them. We always try to be very supportive and friendly to everyone. I really couldn't list 5 people in the world that I don't get along with. I think when you try to be good to others, the same comes back to you. At least in our case it has, and we are very blessed to have the people in our lives that we do. ![]() - EME

| SEEK & DESTROY | My parents really respect my discipline and they pay for all the groceries :nosthumbs, but lifting wise, I just do it, I really don't need a whole lot of support or motivation besides imagining what it'll be like when I have god-like strength that drops jaws. But it never hurts talking to my bros on all the forums I go to. On the life front, I mostly take care of business myself. Ever since I was little, I always did my homework and studied by myself; I never needed pushed. I know that if I ever run into trouble, my mom will help me. I've learned from my brother and sister's mistakes that I should listen to mom because she's always right. I've seen what happens when they disregarded her advice
