Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | we have a gym in the shop i work at and i have one at home. the gym at work doesn't have a power rack or anyother place besides the smith to squat in, so i usually squat at home. my old training partner works out at powerhouse, so i'm thinking of joining there. no matter how hard i try, it seems like i just train harder with someone pushing me.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | $54/month (because I'm in the 18-25 year old range, regular adult is $71/month at my gym). This would be the local YMCA which is right down the road from my house.... very convenient. There's only 1 squat rack, but I'm the only person who really uses it. Only twice have I seen someone else use it, and it didn't get in the way of my workout. There is also a pool, basketball court, small climbing wall, two racquetball courts, showers, sauna, and massages at the rate of $1/minute. The gym can get pretty busy at times, but thankfully 95% of the people just do cardio or machines, leaving the free weights relatively open. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | I'm paying $130 for a full calendar year @ WUStL's gym, same one I've been grinding in for the past 4 years. Not a bad deal considering how much freaking Gold's costs around here...
