Default What Did You Achieve In 2005?

What Did You Achieve In 2005?

The New Year is almost upon us and i think it would be nice if we look back and pick one or two things that we achieved this year that we are especially proud of.

Maybe you saved someones life, Made a great personal sacrifice, Scored highly in your Finals? Got off with that hot chick from math class, wrote a book, Broke a PR, got married, whatever it is, if you're proud of it LET THE BOARD KNOW!! Perhaps it will inspire others and even if it doesnt its a great way to show off:p But lets keep it short, i think one BB and one non-BB would be about right... So here goes:

BB: Committed myself to this wonderful healthy way of life and have begun to loose weight and gain lovely muscle mass

Non-BB: Quit smoking from 30/40 a day

Now get postin'

A little after the start of 2005 (About 2 months after) I begun to lose weight the wrong way. Then I began to train about 2 months later.

It was a great year for me. My confidence is MUCH higher than it previously was, and I look and feel much better.

i repersented my school in long jump, where i jumped 4.84m, which was improved from 4.72m. so i was happy

and i am apart of our school history by winning the riverina finals in cricket for the first time n i took a catch which broke apart of my fingernail off lol

also, i was more confident with girls and my mates, started socialising more, and so fourth

also i more thing, i was elected sports house captain at my school. which i love lol

i knew it had to be two, but i just had to meantion those 4 things

I went from spud to super stud (lol) losing ~60lbs throughout 2005.

I maintained an awesome GPA and will be on the presidents list for both semesters.

I was invited into phi theta kappa honors society.

I found a job as a tutor and I'm good at it, and I am probably the most popular tutor at my college now.

I discovered I have a math fetish.

I slept with at 3 different girls that I can remember, and one of them was actually attractive :eat:

I benched the 90lbs dumbells!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my bench up by a total of about 60lbs!

I competed in two bodybuilding competitions in 2005, winning my weight class in both of them, and the Overall Title in one of them.

In the process I earned my Natural Bodybuilding Pro card in the WNSO.

I also trained my wife for her first IFBB Pro Fitness competition, helping her score a top 5 placing in her Pro debut.

Finally, I trained two other Figure competitors to 1st place finishes in large shows, with one of them also winning the Overall title.

I guess that's more than one BB thing, but it was a good year.

Personally, most of the year was spent getting our finances in order so that we can buy our first house next spring. Things are looking great, and we are looking forward to buying and moving in around next May.

At age 62, I competed in six bodybuilding competitions, winning 11 trophies, including four First Place (Age 60+), one Second Place (Age 50+), five Third Place (Weight & Height) and one Best Male Poser. I was named BB.com Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week and Midwest Christian Bodybuilder of the Month.

I sing in my Church Choir and served as Cantor on several Sundays in front of 700 people.

I have counseled at least 10 young bodybuilders who, after counseling, decided to take the "natural" route instead of using illegal muscle enhancers.

Great job!!! its tought to convince young ppl to stay away. If they have listened then it means u have quite a talent at conviencing ppl to stay away from the easy way out.

Hmmm...

Berzerker quit chewing tobacco Jan 5 2005 after 15 years ''on the dip''

Rededicate life to healthy ways, as was in years gone by, started cycling again

Berzerker put on 35lbs the natural way, bulking like a mother-berzerker, in 6 mo.

Berzerker also start back playing soccer - life long love of ''the beautiful game''

Berzerker also start to refer to berzerker's self in the 3rd person.

that is all

Berzerker...out.
