Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | meh, he hit puberty and blew up...the same thing happened to me. I put on 40 pounds over the course of the summer between sophomore and junior year of high school. Almost all muscle, but some fat. I showed up at training camp for football and my coach looked at me and said "what the hell did you do this summer?"

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | I don't begrudge anyone that put's in the effort to make a change. Genetics or not he still put in the work to get there. I wish I had better genetics but I don't, oh well good for guys like that, they're well rewarded for what they put in. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I can't hate on the guy; it takes effort no matter how good your genetics are to achieve a good physique. It may take a lot less effort for some, but that's just the luck of the draw. My genetics suck pretty bad; to look anything like a bodybuilder I have to control every bite of food and train like a maniac. I have to constantly exploit every conceivable advantage possible. I must eat sleep and breath bodybuilding. I can also take extreme pride in what I accomplish... no genetic freebies for me, just the fruits of my labor. Hmmm... I submitted myself for a bb.com tranformation of the week and I didn't hear jack squat from them. I guess they weren't that impressed. Personally, I think my transformation is more impressive then 80% of the ones they choose for the site. Oh well... no major disappointment.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I you followed the routine he posted strictly I can imagine you would get decent gains, especially if you are talking about a male in his teens. Gains come slower and harder the older you are and the longer you've been lifting. |
