Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | my two biggest downfalls are my greatest strengths... - I'm all arms. Having 18" arms and a 42" chest is just freakin silly - I grow too easy, both muscle and fat. In the gym I need to - really work on my back and chest - stop going so heavy that I hurt myself In the kitchen - I really need to start keeping food logs again

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | Strength has always been a weakness for me. I am just not naturally strong. When everyone in middle school was trying out for the football team and were doing bench presses with 135 lbs for 12-15 reps, I barely did one. My gains as far as strength are extremely slow, and it is very frustrating. I can put on size (albeit with bodyfat that must be cut) no problem.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | I need to work on my consistency. Hitting the weights week after week. I also need to work on my strength. My chest and rear delts are especially lagging and my bodyfat % is not where I would like it to be. I got a lot to criticize, eh? ![]() MOP

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Man where do I start...:umm: Without a doubt my biggest downfall is my diet. I get bored and tired of eating right very quickly, consequently I don't get enough protein daily and my carbs and fat intake are too high. I just can't seem to motivate myself to stick with it for long hauls. :boink: |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I'm also going to say not letting myself get intimidated in the weight room. Not by big huge guys or anything either, just people in general... I'm a wimp! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | You don't WANT his problem. The boy eats 6,000 calories a day and doesn't gain an ounce. Having a fast metabolism is nice, but big D takes it overboard ![]()

Physically my biggest weakness is my arms. I've focused my workouts completely around squats, deads, and bench and only ever train arms as a follow up to chest or back, and thats only if I have the energy and time. 2 years of this have made my core lifts go up, but my arms have barely grown at all. My bf% is also a bit higher than I'd like. | |

My greatest weakness is also my strength: I respond well to higher volume, but now that I've gotten bigger and OLDER, overtraining is easily achieved, so it becomes a very narrow path between enough volume and too much...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | I also have trouble being motivated to train legs, so much so that I will actually skip leg days. It sucks, I know I shouldn't do that but it happens. I would honestly rather do 60 minutes of cardio then a leg workout. ![]()
