Great to see you here at IronMass again.
We've grown a lot since the last time you visited!

It's an honor to have you posting here with us.

Thank you for sharing the info about the seminar. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend, but we do have many members who live up the NYC area, and hopefully some of them will be able to make it.

Once again, welcome back to IronMass, and I look forward to talking with you again soon! :bigthumbu

Hi IronMass Members,

Thank you for the warm welcome. It is a pleasure for me to see and hear what other bodybuilders are thinking and get some feedback from the sport. Mike, I know what it is like to be one of the smallest guys in High School. I was the smallest guy in my High School when I was a Freshman, I was 4'9" and weighed a wopping 110lbs!!! So I congradulate you on your acomplishments, keep up the good work. Hope to see some of you guys who live in the New York area at the Nutrition and Training Seminar with Dexter Jackson, I am sure he has some good information to pass on.
