Default Thyroid Problem !

Just got an email from my doctor saying that I have to go back for a followup for a low thyroid problem. Could be why i've been so tired as of late. Anyone else out there ever had a thyroid problem ?

Yes, I am hypothyroid. I take Levoxyl, 250 mcg/daily.

My dad and sister are and with a bit of medication it's taken care of. Nothing to worry about.

Yeah. Was a little scared earlier today. When I hear words like Diabetes and stuf like that got a lil scared unfortunatly but the way she says that it's just something that will prolly take a pill. Actually kinda glad it got checked up on because i've been so friggin lathargic lately ! Talking 14 - 16 hrs of sleeps on my days off !

It will definately improve that. You might also want to consider taking B50's or 1/2 a B100 a day. It's great for improving your overall energy levels.
