| Fast guy in training | I've always heard of wrestlers wearing layers at workouts and hitting up the sauna for long periods of time to drop pounds before competions and I was wondering if this is a good method for cutting to keep weight off or do the results only last for a short period of time? Please educate me :bigthumbu |

| Soldier In Progress | But a sauna everynight or whatever, if you like it, will help in keeping *SOME* fat off. I notice I kept leanness quite easily when I was hitting an hour sauna everynight after working out ![]()

After I weighed in, I almost collapsed from all the water loss. It wouldn't help you really lose fat, just raise your temperature and make you lose water weight.MOP

| Fast guy in training | So what if you hit the sauna after every workout for a month or two straight, then would the water weight be more likely to say off or would it come right back on? |
