supplementscanada.com - Review

I ordered over $100 from supplementscanada.com on Thursday. Since the order was placed after working hours, I assumed it would be shipped on Friday and then delivered to me on Monday because on the website they promise 1-3 day shipping..Not the case.

Monday comes, with it the mail, and no order. I check my email, and realize that they didn't even send a tracking number. So I call the warehouse on monday, talk to some representative. He tells me that they don't ship on fridays or the weekend (which it did not say on the site), and that the order was "most likely" shipped that day. I asked if he could give me the tracking number, but he said that the warehouse was closed at that time. Whatever, I accept it. Well today I come home from school and expect a tracking number sitting in my inbox...nothing. No track number, only the reciept that was automatically generated right after I placed my order. Right away I try to dial them up, and no answer. I called them 6 times within a 30 minute period and each time the lines were busy. So I get fed up, and just sent customer service an email telling them to cancel my order.

Crappy experience, awful customer service/representation..and I didn't even get an order. 0/10

You need to have some patience. If the guy said it would be shipped monday then wait until Friday (atleast) to complain.

The site said 3 day shipping MAX. Nothing on the site said that they don't ship on fridays. I didn't get a tracking number so I don't even know if it's been shipped yet.

Yeah, the three days is a little rough on them. I'm used to packages getting held at the border for weeks so I wasn't in a rush. I ordered from them and received all my products fine and I was actually in their storefront yesterday just to check the place out and got some Cappacino WPI.

Their storefront is more expensive than online though.

well i called them again from school today, asked about my cancellation. they said that they haven't recieved any such email from me but that the products STILL were not shipped. After 4 business days, the product I ordered hasn't even left their warehouse! I told them to cancel it right then on the spot. What kind of company promises 3 day shipping max, and then after 4 days still hasn't even shipped the item?

Only shipping I see is ground for $6, free if you spend over a $100. But yeah, in the shipping section they say 1-3 days and will ship on the same day. That's a pretty stupid guarantee to make with the cheapest shipping available. I guess they made a stocking mistake too? That sucks.

there are better places, such as sndcanada.com, I've ordered from them over 6 times and each time it was delivered within 4 days. Once I even called 20minutes before they packaged it, changed the flavour, and they shipped the same day. I didn't order from them this time though because they were out of stock.

I've ordered there 6 times before everytime but the last one has been excellent service.

Canada Post does not ship on weekends and it says 1-3 buisness days.

The problem with my last order was that it took almost 2 weeks because when they tried to ship the first order, they got the "wrong" postal code. Whatever, all other times were great.

But i've since switched to sndcanada.com and have ordered there 3 or 4 times.

Supplementscanada.com have more of a variety of products to choose from. If it's a total of 4 days wait rather than their apparent promise of 3, then I'd go with supplementscanada.com. Only because it's better than to wait for an international supp company send theirs to Canada, but only having to wait weeks on end because of border laws and regulations.
