Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | its true, i have re-injured my left shoulder. self-diagnosis (sp) reveals that i have pulled it again (i came to that conclusion). however, i am thirsty to use my home gym which have had some upgrades, so i really wanna train but don't want to injure my shoulder even more. so what do you guys recommend? this seems like a good couple weeks to train my legs, so any sugggestions for routines that won't use to much shoulder? also, i want to build a leg-press machine so i don't use my shoulder too much while squatting and lunging. so if anyone has links to a site which shows how to build a home-made leg press that would be great. its a mild injury, but i don't want to rush things and make it major thanks in advance

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | the orginaL injury was a severe pull, close to a tear. doctors thought it was dislocated at the start. but i don't wanna rush things and run the risk of tearing a only pulled muscle
