Personally i would rather start out big than small b/c for one i wouldnt have to eat as much and two i could cut down to a decent size without losing a lot of muscle.

| Soldier In Progress | I started out 210lbs and 30% bodyfat ... cut down to around 170 at my lowest. I'd rather start out small, but then it's opposite of the genetics I'd like to be ... that sucks. If I could start out as a skinny Meso-Endo (which I seem to be), I'd take it in a heart beat because you can watch yourself grow and not shrink.

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | I started out at around 155 when I started seriously at 15. I later gained 90+ lbs. over the next period of time. I was pretty small when I started, at age 13 I weighed 120 lbs. I would always want to start out small, that way you can keep track of BF and sculpt your body even better. You don't focus on fat, but sculpting your body to what works. |

I have a shitty small frame that will keep me from ever looking really big. I have some nice size now but there are still guys that have never touched a weight in their life that are way bigger. Sucks ballz to have to work that hard just to get close to the size of other guys that do shit. One day I'll dig out my pics as a kid and you guys can laugh at how friggen skinny I was. | Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Big, Trust me. I started off at 105 in 9th grade!!!!!!!! It was horrible, I have gained 60 pounds since then (7 years or so, a lot of the time I was wanting the tone cut look Make fun of me I know), and because of that it is embarrassing that I am still only 160's. Granted I have gained 20 pounds in the last 10 months from bulking, and I will continue to do so.

That's exactly how it is for me. I started out at 112lbs my junior year in high school. Never could play any sports like football or baseball b/c of my size. People that can gain muscle easy be thankful b/c being a true ecto like me really sucked.
