Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 33 | 1. Squating heavy developes a level of intensity that is hard to manage with any other excercise. When you develop enough intensity to squat heavy you will have developed you mind. Training arms will be easy when you think of your brutal sqaut workouts 2. Squating releases some of the most growth hormone and testosteron wehn trained. 3. Squating envolved so many muscles and the arms are included. your arms are up on the bar holding it in place. Now all this is meant to say that you can just squat and not train arms. This is not the point.
