Yea this is really a bummer...
What should I do to be able to keep my gains? Eat maintenance or caloric deficit? BCAA's and EAA's? Help me out . Any tips appreciated...

damn dude, I wouldn't have screwed around with waiting to see your primary care doc, that sounds like a reason to go to the ER at least to check for a head bleed...at any rate, I wish you a speedy recovery so you can get your ass back in the gym

Hopefully everything will be fine and you'll be able to start back up soon, but yea, I'd just eat at maintenance for the time being. Again good luck and hopefully everything is fine. :nosthumbs

I would worry more about your health than eating, but keep calories to par, and get in your protein. Damn, sorry to hear that. Get well soon man!!!

Thanks for the support guys. I have nothing to do but wait for the MRI and its results.

If you didn't read my log, it was a progressive thing. About 2 weeks ago, I noted tiny headaches in the begining of my workout that would just go away after a couple minutes. Then they just got worse and worse... then one day it really hit me.

Thanks again guys, I will let you guys know what happens after I get my MRI.
