I sometimes get lifters high after breaking through a tough barrier and feel like dancing around..lol. Normally I'm totally spent after a workout but days when things just go great I feel like hitting it again right now!

I'm very sensitive to the "lifter's high". I'm SOOOOOOOOO happy in the gym it's unbelievable...if it weren't for lifting I could see myself being very depressed, but instead I'm just the opposite.

I think it all the time. When I get done with a good set, take a look in the mirror and how pumped I look, I realize that I could never, ever live without that feeling.

I find it hard to imagine what I would be like without lifting in my life. I went from being tiny and weak to being muscular and the strongest in my grade.

I havent lifted since Tuesday since I've been sick, and I hate myself because of it. Tonight is back day... this shit is going down. I'm upping the weight on deadlift... hopefully I can hit a PR.
