Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | Okay. Here is the deal. We are a new sport at PSU, and have a very promising future. We have almost no equipment (what we do have is old and used) and no funds for transportation or meet entry fees. We are selling team t-shirts as one way to raise funds. I was wondering if anyone here would be interested. The shirts will have a Nitany Lion with a Barbell, and it will read "Penn State Powerlifting Club." The cost would be 15 US Dollars, and of the 15 total, 6 dollars will go to help our team get on its feet. The money will go towards: Singlets Bands Knee Wraps Wrist Wraps Transportation Costs Entry Costs Please Respond here and PM me with any questions or details.

He is right. That is the same reason we have to wait untill 11pm at night to bust out chains, bands and boards. The strength coach doesn't want to lose his job. I have no link. I'll have a copy of the design as soon as it is finished.

i'm not sure man. this is my first time doing this, and i want to do it right. What is generally the best way? I'm not a huge fan of paypal. I believe check to PSU Powerlifting will likey be the best form of payment. I'll check with the higher ups.

our training crosses the football team's sometimes... they train with hammer strength machines for the most part. A little dumbell work here and there. But mostly leg press and machine squat simulations. 3 sets of 8 generally.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | yeah. very tadition. Tomba Hali, weighing 270+ lbs, could squat just as much as Reggie Bush, a meer 215. The difference? South West training methods are innovative and on the edge of strength strategies. PSU.... not so much. Everyone is complacent. Afraid of change. Like I posted above. The EXACT reason that was given to us on why we couldn't train using accomidating resistance duing club hours was "We don't want any of the other sports seeing what you guys are doing and asking about it. I may lose my job if that happens" -Chip Harrison, Head strength and condition coach so peaked, are you enraged enough to support our cause? ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | i will get the design up as fast as possible. I wanted to put my avatar on it, but the rest of the team didn't like it. I believe it is more simple. I should get the finished design today at club hours or sometime this weekend. I'll keep everyone that is interested updated.
