Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Big D.. I doubt it's 3.3 % either.. but you really can't tell from a pic. When your BF and water level is really low caliper readings can be skewed a little bit. I do believe he legitimatly tested that low. I've tested at 4%, with properly done caliper readings, when I really felt I was closer to an overall bf% about 6-7%. Either way, his BF is very low.. definitely in the mid single digits.... If you did a full contest week prep on him.... carb depleted and loaded...dropped sodium and dropped all subcutaneos water... got the Pro Tan on him so he was crazy dark.. got him pumped up and then took pics... you'd be surprised how ripped he would look. Anyway...he may not actually be 3.3% , but he looks great! I voted for him too, and I fixed the link. Nice transformation! - EME Quote:
