Default OTC Sleep Aids

My wisdom teeth are moving around, and it is excruciatingly painful. I have about 4 hours of sleep in the last two nights because of it. The pain is worse at night. As many of you know, I have a meet on saturday, and I really need to get some good rest. Does anyone have a favorite sleep aid I can get without a doctor?

Keep in mind, I test positive for ephedra/ephedrine.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Dude, you're going to have to experiment to find which OTC sleep aid will work best for you.

Since you don't have a lot of time for that just pick one and cross your fingers.

You can also stack some Melatonin on top of that.

I assume you're taking something for the pain, right?

no, i'm not taking any pain killers. After talking to my coach, i'm just going to stack Tylonol PM with my Melatonin. Diphen hydramine (the active ingredient) is not on the banned substance list.

sounds good, just try not to take it too many nights in a row. pretty easy to build up a dependence on that stuff, and then when you dont need it its impossible to fall asleep.

Pain aside, you may also have a Magnesium deficiency, ZMA may work for you as well as the crazy dreams. Good luck on Saturday.

thanks for the responses. I'll try to limit these chems to the end of this week (friday night being most important)

Good news: I slept from 9pm last night to 8am this morning, waking up once at 1am to pee, then again at 4am to pee.

I sleep like a baby when I take Powerfull. I was able to get 4-5 hours of sleep a night and pop right out of bed in the morning completely refreshed. <3 increased GH production.

I'm using Lean Dreams and I sleep great, as well as the cortisol benefits from it.
