That is pretty wild... there is a picture of Rich Gaspari flexing that looks a lot like that. Who knows what his bf% is, but it is definitely low.

Even around these parts, i'm sure a lot of guys here are pretty blown away, and perhaps a bit grossed out.. I'm a bit grossed out, and i'm repulsed in a sense of "My god that is unhealthy.." Seriously, it is amazing that he can get that low bodyfat while keeping that amount of muscle tissue.. Sheesh thats by far the most ripped i've ever seen, that one vein going across his left (our right) pec is NUTS.:excorcist
