Old Navy: One Week From The FAME Championships

On Sunday, I begin my final week of contest prep diet and leave for Toronto on Thursday to compete over the weekend at the 2006 FAME WNSO World Bodybuilding Championships. This will be my 12th show since March of 2005 and my sixth show this year. I will compete in two Classes: Advanced Open Men's Lightweight (150) and Men's Master 60+. After this contest, I will take about five months off to try to add some needed size. Sometime around the end of the year, I will try, at 63, to win my Master's Pro Card as a natural (tested) athlete. These shots were taken at the 2006 FAME SNBF Capital Classic in Montgomery, Alabama on May 20th.

You look amazing. Now that just goes to show that you can still look good when you get older. All these people that say weight lifting is bad for while they are sitting aroung eating HO HO's and smokin cigarettes should see this.
