| Pro Stature | I wasn't sure where to post this, (feel free to move it to the appropriate place mods) So I workout at home and can't afford a proper electric treadmill atm. I need to get some cardio into my schedule and I'm thinking about buying a non electric treadmill as they are relatively cheap. Will it get the job done or would it be a waste of money? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | It'll give you a good workout but honestly, there are used electric ones that are much better for about the same price. The manual ones require that you stop and get off to adjust the incline. They can be a bit hard on the joints since they require all your strength to get the flywheel started. But if you have no other alternatives, it'll certainly do. |
