Default The New Year is nearly here

2006 is almost upon us. and we need to set our New Years Resolutions....

so i want any1 to post their new years resolution (to do with, or without bodybuilding), and their goals for 2006.

mine is increase my athleticsm. that is all i'll be training for. a goal is to go to riverina in long jump, thats my main goal. other goals include, play my best season in footy (don't care who for), play school footy, improve my 100m and 200m time, and make a new long jump pb.

so post your goals and resolutions

Cut down on artificial sweeteners. I drink far too much diet stuff.
Increase strength and gain weight.
Learn to watch my tongue and curb the hatred before I get my dumb ass fired.
Enjoy life more.
Read more books, watch more movies.

On new years eve, we British folk dedicate ourselves to destroying our liver and brain cells with vast amounts of alcohol. I will be partaking in this tradition, as it is my duty as an Englishman.


After ther recovery period, I will commit myself to eliminating aspartame from my diet, cutting to 12% bf then going on a long bulk to gain some mass while keeping bf% in check.

I'll also break a few hearts, and try a few new supps here and there.

I'd also like to increase my knowledge base on all things supp/PH/roid/diet etc.

Earn more money, consider settling down but inevitably continue my path as a man whore, and be nicer to people.

I'll try not to threaten the lives of traffic wardens, and avoid STD's.

bb related:
-get my diet worked out and stick to it
-get my bf to 10-12% and keep it there
-get my squat max up over 450 (from 375)
-get my dl max over 450 (from 365)
-try dc training
-be consistant with calf and ab training

not bb related:
-get back to work on my degree/ certifications
-spend more time with my kids
-spend more time with my parents
-stay a non-smoker

that's about it. happy new year everyone!
