Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 57 | Given that few of us train that way, I would guess switching to a "lifting with consistant speed sets with serious weight" would produce hypertrophy. Of course, this would be true of using other schemes that we haven't tried before as well. It would be nice if we could come up with a scientific way of training that produced optimum hypertrophy results for everyone. We obviously are not there yet. Waterbury might be onto something, but I have a feeling that the answer to getting big muscles is not as simple as that article suggests. *
