Default A New Training Method?

Testosterone Nation - Everything Is About to Change

Discuss. I'd like to see more feedback then just that of the teen section of bb.com.

there is nothing new about that. Sounds like a recovery time between workouts would be too high. It mostly depends on the person and their goals.

Default Re: A New Training Method?

Given that few of us train that way, I would guess switching to a "lifting with consistant speed sets with serious weight" would produce hypertrophy. Of course, this would be true of using other schemes that we haven't tried before as well.

It would be nice if we could come up with a scientific way of training that produced optimum hypertrophy results for everyone. We obviously are not there yet. Waterbury might be onto something, but I have a feeling that the answer to getting big muscles is not as simple as that article suggests.

Nothing special, probably won't do much.

Think about the logic and how stupid it is.
