Default Need some opinions

Just curious what everyone does to maintain vascularity and "pump" throughout the day. Mine typically wears off about 30 mins after my workout. Just wondering if there's anything special that I'm missing.

Personally the more carbs I eat the more pumped and vascular I look. :donno:

Stay warm, if your cold it wont show. Flex everytime you go near a mirror. Stay hydrated. And yes, I suppose eating more carbs may help, but i dunno on that one either, I think it makes sense though.

I used to do some of those^ things. They work to a certain extent.
