Default My scary moment

The other night I was doing seated calf raises and when I got to my 6th rep my right foot slipped out as I was pushing up and I had 160lbs come down on my left leg. I don't think I have ever seen my foot/ankle stretch up that far. It hurt like a SOB for the rest of the night and still does if I try to stand on my tippy toes{That sounds } on the front part of my ankle, but there isn't any swelling. I'm thankful it wasn't worse.

Thankfully you're OK bro.

We don't need anymore injured IronMasss members.

Take care, and lay off the calf raises for a week or so, at least, to make sure it heals properly from the inside.

That sucks, but come one bro you can't push up 160 lb. with one leg for a calf raise?

Just koking bro, hope your okay, those machines can be a itch sometimes.

How did it happen? Like did you not adjust the pad right to fit your thighs in tightly? That almost happened to me yesterday.

Hope it get's better and is not serious.
