| Fast guy in training | The other night I was doing seated calf raises and when I got to my 6th rep my right foot slipped out as I was pushing up and I had 160lbs come down on my left leg. I don't think I have ever seen my foot/ankle stretch up that far. It hurt like a SOB for the rest of the night and still does if I try to stand on my tippy toes{That sounds } on the front part of my ankle, but there isn't any swelling. I'm thankful it wasn't worse. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Thankfully you're OK bro. We don't need anymore injured IronMasss members. Take care, and lay off the calf raises for a week or so, at least, to make sure it heals properly from the inside. - EME
