Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 668 | I thought this might be useful for new people to use as a reference. It is a map of major muscle groups, and just a note I didn't make these myself, i've merely compiled them and put them togather for you new guys. Also, as you get more muscular/cut you'll notice that you can acutally see these muscles (exteriorly of course) for example the split in the calf, you won't notice that on your standard guy, but if its someone with somewhat worked on calves you'll notice the seperation of the muscle making two little bubbles (describing it the way it appears, of course). |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 668 | rest are below, and now when you hear people talking and someone says "Lats" you won't have to ask what lats are, you can refer to the maps, I believe the traps or the chest one has the lats labled aswell. Same for delts, traps, ect. ![]() |
