Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | do you have baseline bloodwork? if yes, then you can get another set done and compare to see if something is out of whack. if not then i'm not really sure what you can do to check. take a week off from the gym, just try and unwind as much as possible. i take a full week off for every 8 weeks of continuous training, and it does wonders for my mind and body.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | If you're coming off a cycle,. How long was your PCT? Worn and depressed and you're probably in a combo over overtrained/undernourished. Try just going 2-3 times a week and keep it light on the intensity. If you don't feel recovered soon then you need to up your calories in some form or another.
