Unhappy Maybe I need some time off from the gym...

My last workout was horrible in terms of strength losses, I took three days off in a row and I am still tired and just over all feel miserable. I tried to do some cardio just now, but I just don't have it in me.

I feel loooooooousy

this happend to me too but im back on track, i just considered it a rest day and a cheat day just drink more juice (vitamin c)

Ya know, I'm not sure bro. But I came off like 5 weeks ago. I guess it could have a part to play. I'm not sure. I've been REALLY ****ing depressed lately. The miserable feeling is extending far beyond the gym. I'm just taking a wild guess at saying I'm over trained, but you could be right.

do you have baseline bloodwork? if yes, then you can get another set done and compare to see if something is out of whack. if not then i'm not really sure what you can do to check.

take a week off from the gym, just try and unwind as much as possible. i take a full week off for every 8 weeks of continuous training, and it does wonders for my mind and body.

If you're coming off a cycle,. How long was your PCT? Worn and depressed and you're probably in a combo over overtrained/undernourished. Try just going 2-3 times a week and keep it light on the intensity. If you don't feel recovered soon then you need to up your calories in some form or another.

THat is what I'm going to try and do for a little while. I'm thinking just doing a push pull leg, or maybe even full body, with higher reps for a week or two.

5 days a week I do anywhere between 40 and 100 minutes of walking. depending on the classes that day. It's exhausting....
