I have subscriptions to Muscular Development, MuscleMag, Flex, and Oxygen.

I was never really a big fan of Muscle and Fitness, but I don't like it AT ALL, since they went to the new format when the new publishing company took over.

Now M & F is very similar to Men's Health, and much less about Bodybuilding than it used to be. For less than $10 though, it really doesn't matter. I'd probably even subscribe for that price.

Muscular Development is definitely my favorite.

Oxygen covers Women's Fitness Skel.

Kendra has been featured in there twice recently.

The other Bodybuilding magazines don't give a lot of coverage to the women's side of the sport.

oxygen covers women's fitness competitions and the likes? I thought it was like a "soccer mom" mag.

LOL.. Skel you obviously have never even opened a copy and it has nothing to do with Oprah!

It's published by the same company that publishes MuscleMag.

Yes, it has the most coverage of Women's Fitness and Figure competitions of any of the magazines. They have writeups and coverage of every major IFBB Women's show, the NPC Nationals, and shows from other organizations as well.

http://michaelandkendra.com/Kendra/Kendra_JanOxygen.htm

http://oxygenmag.com/nextissue.php

That's IFBB Figure Pro Elaine Goodlad on the cover.

It's aimed toward Women's Fitness... not bodybuilding.. so there aren't a bunch of huge women in there... but is definitely not a "soccer mom" mag.

If anyone knows anywhere to get ironman or musclemag I would be interested.

I get Flex (strictly for it's coverage and pictures) and MD (best damn magazine in the world). I use to get M&F but couldn't stand the bs in it. So I dropped it. I would drop flex if it wasn't for the coverage of events it has.

I like Flex.

I used to buy just about everyone I could find. But I quickly learned they all start to cover the same subject, just from a slightly different angle. Much like all the hunting magazines out there. So I settled for the one I like the best, with the most interesting articles and what I thought was the best advice.

Last year my aunt got me a subscription to Men's Fitness, but I didn't like it too much, since the majority of it was NOT about fitness, but it was an OK read. It had a whole section on shit to wear...Such a waste of space

My mom got me a subscription to Muscle and Fitness. I know it's shitty, but I like to read stuff that pertains in any way to lifting, so it'll have to do. I'll just try not to swallow the shit they try and feed me

When i still had my subscription to M&F, i found a site [forgot which one] that only cost $6 for a 1 year subscription.

Like EME stated though, the magazine really isnt centered around bodybuilding anymore. I didnt end up renewing. Most if not all the info found in those magazines can be found online through different forums, such as this one.

magazinevalues.com is the best for subscriptions. They use to have M&F for 6 bucks a year but not anymore.
