Default Lost Muscle?

Yesterday was my shoulders day and I worked on them pretty hard. I could really feel it in my left shoulder. I don't know how you guys measure your shoulders besides with a measuring stick, but I put my hand around my shoulder, and see if anything happens. I did it yesterday while working out, and it was a lot bigger. Whenever I do it today, I notice that it has gotten smaller. I have been eating right, I don't understand what I did wrong. Did I overtrain? I didn't work that hard, just on the pushups with 5 sets of 25. This is really pissing me off, because I worked so hard. My right one got smaller also, but that one is bigger than my left.

It was because your shoulder was pumpe during your workout. The same goes for every muscle you train. For example, if I were to train my biceps, my arms would go up to around 14.25" but hours and days later, they go back to 13.75".
