Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Yesterday was my shoulders day and I worked on them pretty hard. I could really feel it in my left shoulder. I don't know how you guys measure your shoulders besides with a measuring stick, but I put my hand around my shoulder, and see if anything happens. I did it yesterday while working out, and it was a lot bigger. Whenever I do it today, I notice that it has gotten smaller. I have been eating right, I don't understand what I did wrong. Did I overtrain? I didn't work that hard, just on the pushups with 5 sets of 25. This is really pissing me off, because I worked so hard. My right one got smaller also, but that one is bigger than my left. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | It was because your shoulder was pumpe during your workout. The same goes for every muscle you train. For example, if I were to train my biceps, my arms would go up to around 14.25" but hours and days later, they go back to 13.75".
