Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | i do not personally, but a numer of guys i lift with wear briefs to train in. They keep your hips tight and safe when any type of sumo or wide stance is used. I most see people squat in them, but certaily a wide OR squatlike varition on a pull might have them in order.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | So would they serve any real utility in a traditional deadlift?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | i'm not sure. thats a good question. training your deadlift sumo is a good idea though... at least to switch things up a bit and hit some weak areas.
