You I don't know don't see why not. The only reason I haven't done them is instead of a wood beam to stand on the have this like metal rack that I don't think would feel good on barefeet. But I work calfs alot on seated and also on the sled. But I will dig out a platform and try them next leg day.

And that my friend is why you need to get your canadian ass down here to Utah on vacation from all those restricting "theys" and exsperience the true freedom in being able to lift the way you want including drop the weights if you so desire. Just not on my barefoot. You would love my family. Hey we could start a new show like the tradeing spaces only you trade gyms for the week. I think we are on to something.

Just feels like it's a ton of weight on the balls of my feet and I can't stand it.

My gym will let me do anything I want, it closes at 8 and I have a 24/hr access.

That sounds great bro. I'm too poor to travel right now but when I can scrape a few peso's together I'll make a tour of the US and visit all my bb friends I've met.

Man the last two days have been hot as hell in the weight room. Outside 104 and inside no AC. On top of that I was the only one lifting so got to lift shirtless and barefoot. And it felt good. It was funny there is the lady that it probably 60 or so that works there and she came down to the weightroom and I was doing pull-ups shirtless and she is just standing there. We I think shes there to tell me to get a shirt and some shoes on. But instead shes asking who the music is. And I tell her its Arther Hanlon who is #1 on billboard tropical charts. Gibson Guitar Company has signed him to play for their Baldwin Piano division and I was back there as a dealer and they had him do a concert for us and gave us a cd to take home. Since I'm ususally listening to Eminem this quite different. Any one else heard of him yet?

Since I hadn't heard of him I wasn't really paying that much attention when he performed, well and I was also distracted because they had these like 12 hot chick salsa dancer's that were performing and then would go out and get us to dance with them. But I listened to the cd after I got home and decided it was pretty cool.

Haha I just read some of that translated web page and its pretty funny. His hit song is La Gorda Linda which translated is pretty fat women. But reading that makes you wonder how you could get a hit song out of that. But it looks like you can download the video of it or a sample so give it a try and tell me what you think?

I lift shirtless a lot... but i dont think i could get away with lifting barefoot... I'm one of those guys that have really bad luck and well... if something can go wrong it usually does... so i'd probably end up with a broken toe or something to that effect...
