OK....spring break starts march 16th. reservations are in for the hilton at daytona beach. basically, i'm going on a 3 week cut. my question is....how much weight will i lose? i'm 223 right now (at roughly 14%)....let's make some predictions (to the nearest 1/4 pound) on what i'll weigh at exactly 9:00 am on the 16th. winner will have a $20 order from any ironmass sponsored website delivered to their house....on me. also....if anyone can get 5 referals (legitimate) to the website to make a prediction and at least 15 additional posts (before the 16th) i'll throw in an additional $20 to that member.

The cut will consist of:

2500 cals (500-750 below maint.)
4 weight training workouts a week (roughly 75 minutes)
4 cardio sessions (incline walk...30 minutes each...heart rate STRICTLY kept between 120-130 throughout the entire duration)
NO THERMOGENICS/FAT LOSS AIDS (i'm on PCT)
NO Creatine (dropping it)

Supps:
Tamoxifen citrate- perscription
RXT
Molecular Nutrition X-Factor
Green tree extract
Universal Animal Pak
EFA's
NAC
Red yeast rice
BCAA's
Ergopharm GF Pro

i'd probably buy 50 ml's with the intention of supplying the staff...but i'm pretty sure it wouldn't make it to the mail
