My friends were over at my house today and I made them register for this contest. If you want me to post there myspaces I will.

John is a 119 wrestler on my team. I am trying to help him gain as much strenth as possible. He is ranked 9th in the section as a sophomore.

Both people are in my health class (most boring class I've ever taken) we were doing a project on fad diets. We picked the grapefruit diet because I thought it was the stupidest one. Grapefruit diet= Extreme catabolism

The biggest problem in my school is that no one is into bodybuilding or even serious about training. For example, I was in my school's horrible weight room. This girl came up to me and asked me which exercise would get rid of the fat on her arms. I pointed to the treadmill. She laughed at me. "Hahaha thats funny. What exercises will help me lose the fat on my arm?" She started picking up 1lb db's and curling them. I again responded with treadmill. I told her to try running or something. After this point I could tell that she wan't listening, so I decided to skip the part about how running on the treadmill would burn calories would eventually lead to fat loss. It wasn't worth wasting to the time to explain. I would've tried to point towards the direction of bb.com or even ironmass. But sometimes you can just tell when people aren't going to be serious.

Well if you want them to count they will have to be from different IP's. We don't allow more then one name per IP at IronMass.
