Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | I have written a few articles for supplements. All you need is... Whey protein (for pre-post workouts and whenever) Vitamin Pack (Animal Pak or Bev Int. Super Pak) Vitamin C (2-3g a day keeps the doctor away) Creatine (2.5-10g depending on type of creatine) That's really about it, meal replacers are good too for getting in a quick meal. And amino acids brought into a supplementation plan later on is good. |
