Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | I'm with half of thys... I don't really suggest full body movements... I get people started with regular splits... especially if you have prior experience in the gym... So, if you have a split... go head and use it... just start off with light weights so u don't reinjure anythyng and work your way back to your previous weights. Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 33 | take it light at first, ease your way back into things, there is no point in re-aggravating a prior injury....btw, make sure you are 100% when you want to get started again....
