Just starting back at the gym again after a while out through injury.

I wanna get in shape as quick as possible, what ya reccomend

What type of injury? Usually coming off a long layoff you want to go back into it with a low intensity full body workout around 3-4 times a week to get your body used to being back in the gym and keep your from re-injuring yourself. After a couple weeks of that you can go back into whatever program you like.

You should start off slow, and then GRADUALLY increase the intensity to ease your body back into lifting.

I'm with half of thys... I don't really suggest full body movements... I get people started with regular splits... especially if you have prior experience in the gym... So, if you have a split... go head and use it... just start off with light weights so u don't reinjure anythyng and work your way back to your previous weights.

take it light at first, ease your way back into things, there is no point in re-aggravating a prior injury....btw, make sure you are 100% when you want to get started again....
