I want to speed up the process of healing any recommendation? I drink tea a lot will this be a complication? What about thermogenics? Should I avoid these things? Thanks! ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I fell down on it from like 3 meters. It feels painful. For the tea, it contains caffiene won't it inhibit calcium uptake which I need for my bones to heal? |

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | stop overthinking, get an xray to make sure there are no fractures or anything, and just eat clean. Don't worry. Also, eat a lot, keep food up so that your body has the nutrients it needs to heal
