Exclamation Injury

Dang I came following down and I hit my lower lumbar area. It hurts and I walk funny haha.

Anyways besides that I think I might have fractured a rib. I want to speed up the process of healing any recommendation?

I drink tea a lot will this be a complication? What about thermogenics? Should I avoid these things?

Thanks!

Wait...what happened to your back and rib?

Tea is fine, but taking thermos seems totally pointless since you won't be exercising if you're truly injured. Just eat clean while you're recovering so you don't turn into a blimp and you'll be good to go.

I fell down on it from like 3 meters. It feels painful.

For the tea, it contains caffiene won't it inhibit calcium uptake which I need for my bones to heal?

stop overthinking, get an xray to make sure there are no fractures or anything, and just eat clean. Don't worry. Also, eat a lot, keep food up so that your body has the nutrients it needs to heal

Regardless of how good you may feel, it may still be worth going and getting checked out. Cracked ribs and lower back injuries aren't something to **** with.
