| Amateur | well ive posted on here in the past, but to make a long story short I took a break because of family/financial issues i had to devote all my time to working a low paying job and just got burned out. well then (just my luck) i got into a really bad accident with a drunk driver. I broke alot of ribs and fractured a few bones. well several months later im almost to the point where i can start lifting again, so im working on remotivating myself and making alot of changes. This post is more for my mental focus than anything as this is my way of making sure ill stick with it. I am dead set on this and this is something i feel will help me. my goals: no smoking make a cardio schedule to recondition new diet the begin lifting again once i have doctors approval but aside from all that if you have any motivational tips feel free to pm me or message me on aim ( sn is somedudefromga77). you guys will be seeing alot of me now ![]()

If you smoke, you feel like ass when you do your cardio so just use that as incentive not to smoke. Obviously it isn't quite that simple but it should help right?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 309 | Hey Dudeman great to see ya back! Glad to hear your on the road to recovery too, had no idea you went through all that. Best advice I can give is don't try to do too much too soon. If you try all those changes in one go you'll most likely fail. Start with the easy ones and make them habit. Once you have those down you can add some of the tougher ones like quiting smoking etc. Key is to make the changes habit forming so they last a lifetime not a month or two. |
