then you probably haven't been training long enough to realistically have enough strength to move that kind of weight, so just keep putting in the work. No pretending there.

3.5 plates on each side gives it a little bow. 5 plates on each side is when it really starts.

it depends on the bar....
deadlift bars and cheap bars from like sports authority bend earlier then what DJ said
and squat bars need even more weight to bend


if the bar is bending... you are using a buffalo bar
