Default I've Been Slacking

ATTENTION IRONMASS MEMBERS... ITS TRUE

i have been slacking off lately with my training and dieting and everything in life.

i haven't gone for a run since friday, and i think i was meant to run on sunday, monday and today. my weight training sessions have been low intensity. and just even at home, i have been bludging around the house doing nothing. i am on school holidays, but its no excuse for being lazy as i am.

now for a shocking piece of information. i am undereating greatly. today i ate a tin of spagetti (sp), and a pastie thing. oh and a couple biscuits!!! dats it!!!

so i need some people help me get back on track? give me some motivating words? pictures? stories? give me some ideas i can do to keep me active throughout the day? anything, cos i need to change this habit

Dude, eating pasta and being lazy isn't the worst thing in the world, and frankly, I havn't "gone running" in over 2 months.

Being lazy makes gaining easier. Just lift harder. Get some caffine before your workout, and find someone who will scream at you to finish your sets like a true BBer.

Happens to everyone but the strength and motivation to push on must come from inside you. That's where the reward of this contest is. When you feel like you have nothing to give you push on anyway and take yourself beyond what you thought possible. That's the reward, that's the motivation. Tell yourself your better then that and you can be more then you are and make it happen.
