Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | afaik i am the only one who goes in there and blasts just one muscle group per day. Even the trainers do full body and upper/lower splits from what I see. A couple of really popular splits i see at my gym are back+chest and legs+shoulders. We've got a few overweight guys who come in who look like hell, but all they do is bench press and they are strong as all hell. There's only a handful of truely 'big' guys at my gym. (No I am not one of them). I just wonder... do I know something they don't? Or is it them who know something I don't? ![]()

| Soldier In Progress | Some haven't been shown the light ... the light of IronMass. Or some people just don't want to do a split like Bodybuilders do, because not everyone is a bodybuilder. And to your comment about the guys that look like hell, well, our defensive football coach is about 5'6 and probally 260lbs ... benches around 450 out of season and 500-550 during football season.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 129 | My split is kinda awkward - 3 days a week (M W F), each one is essentially full body, but each day has its emphasis. M - Chest W - Back & Shoulders F - Arms Legs are trained everytime but with low volume, with a couple of extra sets on Monday. |

| Pro Stature | My gym is mostly powerlifters, and I am definitely the only one who trains DC. We have mostly Westsiders.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | I do basically an upper/lower split with some modifications, but I'm about the only person that trains like a powerlifter besides one girl and a few football players.

| Pro Stature | Almost everyone in there does 1 body part a night, or a chest/tri, back/bi routine. I can't say I have ever seen anyone do a full body workout. Now there is this one guy that does some strange bench presses. He puts his feet up in the air like a woman giving birth. Weird to watch. But I guess it works for him.

| Amateur | I used to train single parts while in the service, and started to in November. I really like this method as it targets that particular area. In December I started this split: Sun: Legs Mon: Off Tues: Chest/Bi's/Calves Wed: Off Thurs: Back/Abs Fri: Shoulders/Tri's/Calves Sat: make-up day at first I HATED this, as it left me completely drained and I didn't have the stamina for it. Once I gave it about two weeks I really fell into this groove and noticed my stamina picked up. I have recently gone from my previous max of 12 reps to 14, which has thrown my last set into the toilet... but I'll get them all where I want in time. I'll probably change my routine in a few months to shock my body again. This split is good for me because it allows my accessory muscles to rest before I hit them individually a day or so later. I do have to keep myself from trying to "train to failure" every day though... as that won't help at all.
