I had PMed two different staff at IBE not including Grunt, and made a topic, to which came no conclusion.

I can not say for certain that the T3 was no good, but I know it gave me no side effects positive or negative, and I know that the clen was either seriously underdosed or no good at all. I was up at 200mcg w/o so much as a shake, I switched over to my left overs of hi cal brand and got sides at 80mcg.

So.... I'm suspicious of their products. I know you two and other people swear by IBE but to each his own. Next time I will bring my business elsewhere. We've gone through this before...

Grunt I feel like I've been having the PCT blues for months now... It just never got better. I don't know if it's really hormonal or if it's just in my head.

Madman, you are absolutely correct, my sleep patterns SUCK. I have been trying really hard to fix em, but my clock is all ****ed up... I toss and turn until 3 or 4 and have trouble getting up before 9. I think it's because of a lot of late night homework crams....

Great advice guys. I gotta give some of it a whirl. I'm a mess right now. I am however thinking I might put it off until after classes let out next tuesday though. The last week of school before finals is hella stressful.

Skel bro, our minds depend on our hormonal state to be OK and vice-versa. I'm thinking you didn't get any bloodwork after your cycle, so you cannot be sure how your levels are. I would take some 5-htp and rhodiola rosea, and perhaps do another PCT run, say with Toremifene.

And hey you don't have to get it at IBE, I think ******* sells it.

I'm going to go make a pig of myself at the chinese buffet tonight.

My original plan was to get back on track today but this cold is kicking my ass and my neck is so stiff I have to walk like a robot. I don't know why I'm telling you all this.

I want to start a log or something.

I have been trying to work on a diet to follow but it's not going so well. I need a sample diet to work off of.
