| IMPC Contestant | I started lifting because I was fat and had a crush on a really hot chick. She actually liked me fat, for who I was... Yeah, she was a nice girl like that. Well we had some fun at a party but then we never hooked up. I felt a little bent out of shape, you know, like she didn't wanna do anything more cuz I was fat (was not the reason, the reason is because I have no testicles and didn't flat out ask her out) so then then I lost a whole bunch of weight and became skinny fat. From there I started lifting to get a sixpack. I never really got a good sixpack, but I soon began (after 3 months of just maintaining) wanting mass. Now I crave it. If one thing I've learned from my short experince, is that don't lift for anyone else. I've been out of the weight room for 2 weeks due to injury, and there's nothing I want more than to get back in.... Here's how bad I want to lift.... I'd rather stay a virgin and go back to lifting, than score and not lift for another week.... It's that bad.... Don't lift for chicks unless you REALLY want to. If you just work on being a cocky little son of a bitch, you'll get some pretty good lookin chicks. But that's just not how I am. There's no reason to verify your existence on this earth by having a girlfriend/boyfriend IMO. People ask me ALL THE TIME if I'm dating, and when I say no, they wonder why..... Because to be honest, I don't care. I have great friends, a great family, and shoot, if a great girl walked in, it'd just be icing on the cake. But I'm not gonna fret about it, or really even care. I just keep on going. The one thing I love is mass, I want it badly..... So to sum up my fairly disorganized rambeling post, I could care less about my original goal in lifting. It has evolved into something more. I can't stand when people want to "lift to get chicks". It's just how I am.... I could see others wanting to, but it's not for me. I wanna scare people..... And there's no need to have a girlfriend all the time - from what I've seen, there's more people trying to verify their existence on this earth by having a "significant" other than people that are truely in love. Love will come, there's no need to rush it.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I lift because I have tremendously low self-esteem. I'm just hoping I can someday look in the mirror and be satisfied with what I see. I also love the pain and discipline of a killer workout. I know most people can't handle what we serious lifters put ourselves through and there's pride in that. Plus there's that amazing high when you've finished a session that no recreational drug can beat. |

| Pro Stature | I started lifting to get stonger so it wouldn't be so difficult to draw my 65lb bow when my muscles were cold from sitting in a tree stand all day. Now I lift just to see if I can get bigger and stronger before it gets too late in life for me.
